I had a very vivid dream last night where I was laughing carrying on on a deck. I was with friends and we were drinking at sunset. And all of a sudden I tripped off a ledge. It was a three story deck next to some kind of lake or ocean. I was laughing before I fell so I expelled all the air in my lungs. And I wasn't expecting to fall so I didn't have time to get a big breath of air before I fell. So I kinda just sunk very slowly like in slow motion under the beautiful green-blue clear water. It felt like I was drunk I had no energy to swim to the surface. My hair was long and flowing dark and mysterious. And as I was sinking this feeling of peace came over me. Not panic at all. It was so weird like a witnessing my own death. I could see a flash of light searching around under the water for me. And then I WOKE UP. I'm still trying to figure this one out. Maybe I should paint it that would be beautiful! Could it be that I drowned in a previous life. Or is it deeper like drowning in one's own feelings, and experiencing a type of transformational emotional death only waiting to be reborn to something new. idk. Dream interpretation sites can be so vaugue and superstitious that it's better just for the dreamer to figure it out themselves. I did an experimental dream journal once and the dreams were soooooo beautiful. I wrote them all down. But I had a lot of time to sleep and I would take Valerian root. An herb that if taken before bed with water will help you remember 3 times more dreams in one night. Just keep a journal with pen next to your bed. Sweet Dreams my friends!! Orejuve!!
